Description
The Vollrath 3664730HD is a high-performance drop-in hot food well unit designed for efficient food service. This electric unit features a short-sided design that accommodates two full-size pans turned sideways, allowing for a more compact presentation and easy access. With infinite controls and an autofill system, it ensures consistent temperature maintenance while simplifying operation. Operating at 2000 watts and compatible with 208-240V/60/1-ph power supply, it draws between 7.2 to 8.3 amps and comes with a NEMA 6-15P plug for easy installation. The unit is constructed from durable 18 gauge/316 marine grade stainless steel for the top and stainless steel for the exterior housing, ensuring longevity and resistance to corrosion. Thick polyurethane foam insulation enhances energy efficiency, while the full perimeter drip edge helps contain spills. A drain plug is included for easy cleaning and maintenance. The overall dimensions are 45-1/2" x 18", with cutout dimensions of 44-11/16" x 17-1/4" and a well size of 20" x 12" with an 8" deep well. The unit features a 7/8" corner radius for a sleek finish. Certified by UL, CUL, and NSF, this hot food well is proudly made in the USA.
