With a powerful output of 3000 watts and operating at 208-240V/60/1-ph, this unit draws between 10.8 to 12.5 amps and features a NEMA 6-20P plug for easy installation. The well dimensions of 20" x 12" and an 8" deep well provide ample space for various food items, while the thick polyurethane foam insulation maintains heat effectively. Constructed from durable 18/8 stainless steel, the Vollrath 36648 is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. It includes standard drains and a drain plug for easy maintenance, along with a full perimeter drip edge to prevent spills.
