Description
The Vollrath 3664820 is an electric drop-in hot food well unit designed for efficient food service. This short-sided model accommodates three full-size pans, allowing for a narrow presentation that enhances accessibility. It features precise thermostatic controls for optimal temperature management and a manifold drain for easy cleanup. With a powerful output of 3000 watts, it operates at 208-240V/60/1-ph and draws between 10.8 to 12.5A, equipped with a NEMA 6-20P plug. Constructed from durable 18/8 stainless steel, the unit is insulated with thick polyurethane foam to maintain heat effectively. A full perimeter drip edge helps contain spills, while a drain plug is included for added convenience. The overall dimensions are 66-7/8" x 18", with cutout dimensions of 66-1/16" x 17-1/4" and a 7/8" corner radius. The well size measures 20" x 12" with an 8" deep well, ensuring ample space for food storage. This unit is UL, CUL, and NSF certified, and proudly made in the USA.
