The Vollrath 3664830 is an electric drop-in hot food well unit designed for efficient food service. This short-sided model accommodates three full-size pans, allowing for a narrow presentation that enhances accessibility. Equipped with thermostatic controls, it ensures precise temperature management for optimal food holding. The unit features an autofill system and a manifold drain for easy maintenance. With a powerful output of 3000 watts and operating at 208-240V/60/1-ph, it draws between 10.8 to 12.5 amps and comes with a NEMA 6-20P plug. Constructed from durable 18/8 stainless steel, it includes thick polyurethane foam insulation for energy efficiency. The full perimeter drip edge helps contain spills, while the included drain plug simplifies cleanup. Overall dimensions measure 66-7/8" x 18", with cutout dimensions of 66-1/16" x 17-1/4" and a 7/8" corner radius. The well size is 20" x 12" with an 8" deep well, making it ideal for various food items. This unit is UL, CUL, and NSF certified, ensuring compliance with safety and health standards.
