Description
The Vollrath 3665020 is a high-performance drop-in electric hot food well unit designed for efficient food service. This short-sided model accommodates four full-size pans, allowing for a narrow presentation and easy access. It features precise thermostatic controls for optimal temperature management and a manifold drain for hassle-free maintenance. With a powerful output of 4000 watts and operating at 208-240V/60/1-ph, it draws between 14.4 to 16.7 amps and is equipped with a NEMA 6-30P plug. Constructed from durable 18/8 stainless steel, this unit is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. The thick polyurethane foam insulation ensures excellent heat retention, while the full perimeter drip edge helps contain spills. A drain plug is included for added convenience. The overall dimensions are 88-1/4" x 18", with cutout dimensions of 87-1/2" x 17-1/4" and a 7/8" corner radius. The well size measures 20" x 12" with an 8" deep well, making it ideal for a variety of food items. This unit is UL, CUL, and NSF certified, ensuring compliance with safety and health standards.
