With infinite controls, you can precisely adjust the temperature to maintain optimal food warmth. Operating at 4000 watts and compatible with 208-240V/60/1-ph power supply, it draws between 14.4 to 16.7 amps and comes with a NEMA 6-30P plug for easy installation. The well size measures 20" x 12" with an 8" deep capacity, ensuring ample space for your food items. Constructed from durable 18/8 stainless steel, this unit is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. It features thick polyurethane foam insulation for enhanced energy efficiency and a full perimeter drip edge to contain spills. A drain plug is included for easy cleaning and maintenance. Overall dimensions are 88-1/4" x 18", with cutout dimensions of 87-1/2" x 17-1/4" and a 7/8" corner radius, making it suitable for various countertop configurations.
