The Vollrath 3665120 is a high-performance drop-in hot food well unit designed for efficient food service. With infinite controls and a powerful output of 4000 watts, it operates at 208-240V and 60Hz, drawing between 14.4 to 16.7 amps. Constructed from durable 18/8 stainless steel, the unit is insulated with thick polyurethane foam to maintain optimal food temperatures. It includes a full perimeter drip edge to prevent spills and a drain plug for easy cleaning.
