Description
The Vollrath 3665130HD is a high-performance drop-in hot food well unit designed for efficient food service. This electric unit features a short-sided design that accommodates four full-size pans, allowing for a more narrow presentation and easy access. With infinite controls and an autofill system, maintaining optimal food temperatures is effortless. Operating at 4000 watts and compatible with 208-240V/60/1-ph power supply, it draws between 14.4 to 16.7 amps and comes with a NEMA 6-30P plug. The unit is constructed from durable 18 gauge/316 marine grade stainless steel for the top and stainless steel for the exterior housing, ensuring longevity and resistance to corrosion. Thick polyurethane foam insulation enhances energy efficiency, while the full perimeter drip edge helps contain spills. A drain plug is included for easy cleaning. The overall dimensions are 88-1/4" x 18", with cutout dimensions of 87-1/2" x 17-1/4" and a 7/8" corner radius. The well size measures 20" x 12" with an 8" deep well.
