The Vollrath 37030 4-Series Signature Server® Hot Food Serving Counter is designed for efficient food service with a robust construction and advanced features. Measuring 46"W x 28"D x 34"H, it features an 18/300 stainless steel top with a 1" turndown on all sides for durability and easy cleaning. The unit includes three 12" x 20" x 6-3/8" deep wells equipped with 625-watt heating elements, ensuring optimal food temperature maintenance. Each well is controlled by individual Touch-Temp® programmable controls, allowing for precise temperature management. The enclosed base enhances stability and storage, while the 18/400 series stainless steel unibody construction provides additional strength. A convenient pull-out ball valve drain simplifies cleanup. With a total power output of 1875 watts, this electric serving counter is cULus and NSF certified, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards. Proudly made in the USA, the Vollrath 37030 is an ideal solution for any food service environment.
