Measuring 46"W x 28"D x 34"H, it features a three-pan capacity, allowing for ample food storage and display. This unit operates in both wet and dry modes, providing flexibility to suit various serving needs. Equipped with a single dial thermostat control, it ensures precise temperature management for optimal food safety and quality. The powerful 625-watt heating element delivers consistent heat, while the durable 18/300 series stainless steel one-piece top and 18/400 series stainless steel enclosed base ensure longevity and easy maintenance. A convenient drain hose is located on the operator side for effortless cleaning, and the unit is mounted on 4" swivel casters with brakes for easy mobility and stability. The Vollrath 37047 comes complete with a cord and plug, making it ready for immediate use. Proudly made in the USA, this hot food station is cULus certified for safety and performance.
