The Vollrath 37050 4-Series Signature Server® Hot Food Serving Counter is designed for efficiency and durability in food service environments. Measuring 74"W x 28"D x 34"H, it features an 18/300 stainless steel top with a 1" turndown on all sides for added protection and easy cleaning. The unit includes five 12" x 20" x 6-3/8" deep wells equipped with 625-watt heating elements, ensuring optimal food temperature maintenance. Each well is controlled by individual Touch-Temp® programmable controls, allowing for precise temperature management. The enclosed base offers a sleek appearance and additional storage space. Constructed from 18/400 series stainless steel, the unibody design enhances durability and stability. The serving counter is equipped with manifold drains and a pull-out ball valve drain for efficient cleanup. With a total power output of 3125 watts, this unit is both powerful and reliable. It comes with a cord and plug, is cULus and NSF certified, and is proudly made in the USA.
