Description
The Vollrath 38004 ServeWell® Hot Food Table is designed for efficient food service with four spacious wells, measuring 60-11/16"W x 32"D x 34"H. Each well features thermoset fiber-reinforced resin construction and brass drain valves for durability and easy maintenance. Individual capillary tube thermostatic controls allow precise temperature management for each well, while cast-in dome heating elements ensure consistent heat distribution. A low-water indicator light provides a visual cue for maintenance, and mechanical guards protect all controls for added safety. The open base includes a stainless steel undershelf for convenient storage, and the unit comes equipped with a 7-1/2" wide plate shelf and an 8" wide x 3/8" thick poly cutting board for added functionality. Constructed from high-quality stainless steel, the table features adjustable legs for stability on various surfaces. It operates on a 10' cord with NEMA 5-20P, delivering 1920 watts at 16.0 amps on a 120v/60/1-ph power supply.
