Each well features thermoset fiber-reinforced resin construction and is equipped with brass drain valves for easy maintenance. Individual capillary tube thermostatic controls allow precise temperature management for each well, while cast-in dome heating elements ensure consistent heat distribution. The unit includes a low-water indicator light and mechanical guards on all controls for added safety. Its open base design features a durable stainless steel undershelf for convenient storage. The hot food table comes with a 7-1/2" wide plate shelf and an 8" wide, 3/8" thick poly cutting board for versatile food preparation and serving options.
