Description
The Vollrath 38218 ServeWell® SL-Hot Food Table is designed for efficient food service with its four-well configuration. Measuring 60-11/16"W x 29-1/2"D x 34"H, this electric serving counter features individually controlled Thermoset fiber-reinforced resin wells, each equipped with drains for easy maintenance. The inside-mounted heating elements ensure consistent temperature control, complemented by a low-water indicator light for added safety. Constructed from durable 300 series stainless steel, this unit includes an undershelf for additional storage and adjustable legs for stability on uneven surfaces. Each well operates at 600-800 watts, providing a total output of 2400-3200 watts, with an amperage of 11.5-13.3 amps. The 10-foot power cord with NEMA 6-20P plug is suitable for 208-240v/60/1-ph electrical systems. NSF certified and made in the USA, this hot food table is built to meet the demands of any food service environment.
