The Vollrath 3871446 is a versatile 2-Series Affordable Portable™ Cold Food Station designed for efficient food service. This non-refrigerated unit features a spacious 46"W x 39-1/2"D x 35"H design, equipped with a 6" deep stainless steel well and a convenient 1" drain for easy maintenance. The 35"H work surface provides an ergonomic height for serving. Included with the station is a buffet-style acrylic breath guard that offers 12" of clearance, ensuring food safety and visibility. The unit is also fitted with three lights (bulbs not included) to enhance presentation. The black finish open storage base allows for easy access to supplies, while the four locking casters ensure mobility and stability during use. This cold food station operates on a 120v/60/1-ph power supply with a 5-15P cord and draws 6 amps. It is UL and NSF certified, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
