The unit includes a buffet-style breath guard with integrated lighting (bulbs not included) to enhance food presentation while maintaining safety. Its enclosed base with sliding doors provides convenient storage for supplies and utensils. Constructed from brushed aluminum and vinyl-clad 20 gauge carbon steel, this hot food station is both durable and easy to clean. Mobility is enhanced with four 4" swivel casters, two of which are braked for stability during service.
