Description
The Vollrath 3877546 is a versatile 2-Series Affordable Portable™ Cold Food Station designed for efficient food service. This non-refrigerated unit features a spacious 46"W x 39-1/2"D x 35"H design, equipped with a 6" deep stainless steel well that includes a 1" drain for easy maintenance. The 35"H work surface provides an ergonomic height for serving. The station comes with a buffet-style acrylic breath guard that offers a 12" clearance, ensuring food safety and visibility. It is also fitted with three light fixtures (bulbs not included) to enhance presentation. The cherry woodgrain finish storage base includes sliding doors for convenient access to supplies. Mobility is made easy with four locking casters, allowing for secure positioning during service. The unit operates on a 120v/60/1-ph power supply, drawing 6 amps.
