Description
The Vollrath 3895246 is a versatile 2-Series Affordable Portable™ Cold Food Station designed for efficient food service. This non-refrigerated unit features a spacious 46"W x 39-1/2"D x 35"H design, equipped with a 6" deep stainless steel well and a convenient 1" drain for easy maintenance. The 35"H work surface provides ample space for food preparation and display. Included is a buffet-style acrylic breath guard with a 12" clearance, ensuring food safety and visibility. The station is illuminated by three lights (bulbs not included) to enhance presentation. The walnut woodgrain finish storage base includes sliding doors for easy access to supplies. Mobility is enhanced with four locking casters, allowing for easy transport and stability during use. The unit operates on a 120v/60/1-ph power supply with a 5-15P cord and draws 6 amps.
