The Vollrath 397282 is a versatile and efficient electric serving counter designed for hot food service. This 2-Series Affordable Portable™ Hot Food Station features three wells, each with a manual control providing 700 watts of heating power. Its dimensions are 46"W x 24"D x 35"H, making it suitable for various settings. The unit is equipped with an NSF2 certified cafeteria breath guard to maintain food temperature and safety. The granite vinyl-clad 20 gauge carbon steel base ensures durability and easy maintenance, while the enclosed base includes a storage opening for added convenience. Mobility is enhanced with four 4" swivel casters, two of which are braked for stability. Operating at 208-240v/60/1-ph and drawing 8.8 amps, it comes with a cord featuring a NEMA 6-15P plug.
