The Vollrath 59508DW Mirage® Induction Buffet Warmer is a built-in, drop-in unit designed for efficient food warming. Measuring 23"W x 16"D x 3-1/16"H, it features a sleek black tempered ceramic glass top that complements any buffet setup. This warmer operates in hold-only or warming-only modes, providing versatility for various food service needs. Equipped with touch controls, it offers four adjustable power levels and LED indicator lights for easy monitoring. Safety features include over-heat protection, small-article detection, pan auto-detection, and an empty-pan shut-off to ensure optimal performance. For added convenience, multiple units can be connected using a 30" inter-connect cord, allowing you to run just one power cord for up to three units. A 60" USB cable is included for remotely mounted control. Operating at 120V with a power consumption of 375W and 3.15 amps, it comes with a NEMA 5-15P cord.
