The Vollrath 69722S-1-SR Induction Hot Food Serving Counter features the Signature Server® Custom Downdraft Vent System, designed for optimal performance and safety. This unit includes a base and a 22" tall tempered curved breathguard, equipped with an integrated ANSUL R-102 Fire Suppression System. The downdraft recirculating vent is fitted with two grease filters and two carbon/particulate filters, ensuring effective air quality management. Included with the counter is one Mirage Drop-In Range (model 59501) and a rectangle countertop cutting board, which can be positioned in a non-induction location on either the left or right side. The unit is complemented by stainless kickplates on the front, left, and right sides, and features 5" casters with adjustable legs for easy mobility and stability. This product is UL certified to UL710B, UL197, and UL-Sanitation, and NSF certified to NSF4, meeting stringent safety and sanitation standards.
