Description
The Vollrath 72001 Cayenne® 2001 Drop-In Food Warmer is designed for versatile food service applications, offering both wet and dry operation. With overall dimensions of 15"W x 24"D x 8-5/8"H and a 6-1/2" deep well, it fits seamlessly into a cutout size of 14-7/16"W x 23-9/16"D. The front thermostat control features ten temperature settings, ranging from 80-85°F (27-30°C) to 200°F (94°C), allowing precise temperature management for various food items. Constructed with durable stainless steel for both the interior and exterior, this unit ensures longevity and easy maintenance. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph with a power output of 1000 watts and 8.3 amps, it includes a cord with NEMA 5-15P plug. The unit is cULus and NSF certified, making it suitable for both countertop and drop-in installations.
