Description
The Vollrath 72107 Cayenne® Drop-In Warmer is an electric hot food well unit designed for efficient food service. It features a top mount design with a capacity for one 12" x 20" pan. The unit includes a remote-mounted control with ten temperature range settings, allowing for precise temperature management. A lighted on/off switch enhances usability, while the self-insulating, energy-efficient thermoset well ensures optimal heat retention. The unit is equipped with a 3/4" drain for easy maintenance. Operating at 120V/60/1-ph, it delivers 700 watts and 5.8 amps of power. The Vollrath 72107 is hardwired and meets cULus and NSF standards for safety and performance.
