Description
The Vollrath 741101D Mirage® Induction Rethermalizer is a versatile drop-in unit designed for efficient food warming. With an 11-quart capacity, it features a dry operation design and includes a hinged cover for easy access. The unit offers four soup presets and a stir indicator LED for optimal food preparation. Solid state controls with a locking function ensure safety and precision, while temperature settings can be displayed in either Fahrenheit or Celsius. The cabinet mount controls come with leads for straightforward installation. This model includes an induction-ready inset, inset cover, mounting hardware, and a power cord with NEMA 5-15P. Operating at 800 watts and 6.7 amps on a 120v/60/1-ph power supply, it meets cULus, NSF, and FCC standards (note: cover is not NSF certified).
