Description
The Vollrath 741101DW Mirage® Induction Food Pan Warmer is designed for efficient and reliable food service. This drop-in unit features a dry operation with an 11-quart capacity, making it ideal for keeping soups and other dishes at the perfect serving temperature. It includes a hinged inset cover for easy access and four preset soup settings for convenience. The solid-state controls offer a locking function and allow for precise temperature adjustments in either Fahrenheit or Celsius. Cabinet mount controls come with leads for straightforward installation. The unit is equipped with an induction-ready inset, inset cover, mounting hardware, and a power cord with NEMA 5-15P plug. Operating at 250 watts and 2.1 amps on a 120V/60/1-ph power supply, it meets cULus, NSF, and FCC standards (note: the cover is not NSF certified).
