Description
The Vollrath 74704D Mirage® Induction Rethermalizer is designed for efficient food warming in commercial settings. This built-in/drop-in model features a 7-quart capacity with a dry operation design, making it ideal for soups and sauces. It includes a hinged cover for easy access and four preset soup temperatures for consistent results. The solid-state controls offer a locking function for safety, and temperature settings can be displayed in either Fahrenheit or Celsius. The unit is equipped with a stir indicator LED to ensure even heating, and cabinet mount controls with leads for convenient installation. Included with the retthermalizer are an induction-ready inset, inset cover, and mounting hardware. Operating at 800 watts and 3.4 amps, it is compatible with 230v/50/60/1-ph power supply and is CE certified, ensuring compliance with international safety standards.
