Description
The Vollrath 74705D Mirage® Induction Rethermalizer is designed for international use, featuring a drop-in, dry operation with a 7-quart inset and a hinged cover. It offers four soup presets for precise heating and a stir indicator LED for optimal food quality. The solid-state controls include a locking function for safety and allow temperature adjustments in either Fahrenheit or Celsius. The cabinet mount controls come with leads for easy installation. This unit includes an induction-ready inset, inset cover, and mounting hardware. Operating at 800 watts and 3.4 amps, it is compatible with 230v/50/60/1-ph power supply and is CE certified.
