Constructed from durable, FDA-approved thermoset resin, this adapter plate is suitable for both hot and cold applications. It is dishwasher safe for easy cleaning and features an integral rib design on the underside, providing extra strength and securely holding the template in place within standard 12" x 20" hot/cold wells, warmers, and chafers.
