The Vollrath FC-6IH-01208 Induction Hot Food Well Unit is designed for efficient food service with its drop-in electric operation. This unit features a single well measuring 15"W x 26"D, equipped with individual heat and power controls for precise temperature management. Each well offers three power levels (low, medium, high) and a temperature range of 140°F to 190°F, ensuring optimal food holding conditions. The innovative design includes two induction capsules per well, creating two independent heat zones that can operate separately or be synchronized for versatile cooking options. It accommodates Vollrath induction-ready steam table pans, fitting either one full-size (2-1/2" or 4" deep) or two half-size (2-1/2" or 4" deep) pans per well. Additional features include a master power switch for easy operation, and it operates on a 208-240v/60/1-ph power supply with an output of 800 watts and 3.3 amps. The unit comes with a NEMA 6-15P cord and meets NSF, cULus, and FCC standards.
