The Vollrath FC-6IH-02208 Induction Hot Food Well Unit is designed for efficient food service with its drop-in electric operation. This unit features two wells, each measuring 28-1/4"W x 26"D, equipped with individual heat and power controls. Each well offers three power levels (low, medium, high) and a temperature range of 140°F to 190°F, allowing for precise temperature management. The unit incorporates two induction capsules per well, creating two independent heat zones that can operate separately or be synchronized for optimal performance. It accommodates Vollrath induction-ready steam table pans, fitting either one full-size (2-1/2" or 4" deep) or two half-size (2-1/2" or 4" deep) pans per well. Additional features include a master power switch and a power supply of 208-240v/60/1-ph, delivering 1590 watts at 6.6 amps. The unit comes with a cord featuring a NEMA 6-15P plug and meets NSF, cULus, and FCC standards.
