The Vollrath GGHDM-60 is a heavy-duty gas griddle designed for high-performance cooking in commercial kitchens. With a spacious 60-inch cooking surface and a powerful output of 150,000 BTU, this griddle features five stainless steel burners strategically placed every 12 inches, delivering 30,000 BTU per section for even heat distribution. The polished 1-inch thick cooking plate ensures durability and excellent heat retention, while the stainless steel exterior provides a sleek and professional appearance. The griddle includes a 4-3/8-inch backsplash and sloped side splash to contain spills and enhance safety. Shipped set up for natural gas, the Vollrath GGHDM-60 also includes a conversion kit for propane, along with a regulator and gas valve for easy installation. The metal knobs are equipped with heavy-duty guards for added protection. Two drip trays are included for efficient grease management, and the adjustable legs (4 to 5-1/2 inches) allow for customizable height to fit your kitchen setup. This unit is ETL and cETLus certified, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
