Description
The Vollrath HHM-4P Heated Display Case is a premium countertop solution designed for full-service deli applications. Measuring 55.75"W x 54.51"H x 55.09"D, this display case features humidity control through hidden fans that effectively extract humid air, ensuring optimal food preservation. The user-adjustable overhead radiant heat, combined with pre-set shelf heat, keeps your food items at the perfect serving temperature. Equipped with LED lighting on both shelves, the HHM-4P enhances product visibility, making it easy for customers to see and select their favorite items. The lift-and-remove sliding glass doors, with handles on both sides, provide convenient access for staff while maintaining an attractive presentation. The bottom shelves accommodate full-size steam-table pans up to 4" deep, and wire racks are included for the top shelves, offering versatile storage options. Constructed from magnetic 400-series stainless steel, this display case is both durable and easy to clean. It features 4" adjustable legs (optional) for customizable height, and operates at 2533–3372 watts with a power requirement of 12.2–14.1 amps at 208–240 volts, utilizing a NEMA 6-20P plug. The unit is cULus and UL EPH Classified, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
