Description
The Vollrath HHM-SS Heated Display Case is a countertop solution designed for full-service deli applications. Measuring 16.73"W x 26.89"D x 34.61"H, it features a humidity-controlled environment with hidden fans to maintain optimal food quality. The user-adjustable overhead radiant heat and pre-set shelf heat ensure that your products are served at the perfect temperature. Equipped with LED lighting on the shelves, this display case enhances product visibility while the open front design allows easy customer access. The side glass panels provide clear visibility of the displayed items. A wire rack is included for the top shelf, while the bottom shelf accommodates full-size steam-table pans up to 4" deep. The lift-and-remove sliding rear glass doors facilitate easy access for staff, and the magnetic 400-series stainless steel exterior ensures durability and easy cleaning. Operating at 120V with 860 watts and 7.2 amps, it comes with a NEMA 5-15P plug and is cULus and UL EPH Classified.
