The unit is constructed with a durable black vinyl-clad 20 gauge carbon steel base and includes an NSF2 certified cafeteria breath guard for enhanced food safety. The enclosed base provides convenient storage access, while the thermoset sealed wells eliminate the need for spillage pans, ensuring easy maintenance.
