Description
The Vollrath VCBT2-120-35 is a high-capacity vertical contact bun toaster designed for efficiency and versatility in commercial kitchens. With a 23" width, it can toast up to 630 buns per hour, making it ideal for high-demand environments. The adjustable bun-compression settings range from ½" to 1¾", allowing for customized toasting based on bun thickness. Operating within a temperature range of 350 °F to 550 °F, the dual-sided platen heater ensures even toasting on both sides. The wire belt and two openings facilitate smooth operation and easy loading. Variable heat control provides flexibility for different bun types and toasting preferences. Constructed with durable stainless steel for both the exterior and interior, this toaster is built to withstand the rigors of daily use. It features a 6' cord with plug for easy setup and operates on a 120V/60/1-ph power supply with a 12 amp draw.
