Description
The Vollrath VCBT2-208 is a high-performance vertical contact bun toaster designed for efficiency and versatility in commercial kitchens. With a capacity to toast up to 2,200 buns per hour, this countertop unit features variable speed and heat controls for precise cooking. The wire belts and dual openings allow for seamless operation, while adjustable bun-compression settings from ½" to 1¾" ensure optimal toasting results for various bun sizes. Operating within a temperature range of 350°F to 550°F, the dual-sided platen heater provides even heating, and the integrated fan cooling system enhances performance and safety. Constructed with durable stainless steel for both the exterior and interior, this toaster is built to withstand the rigors of daily use.
