Description
The Vollrath VCBT2-240 is a high-performance vertical contact bun toaster designed for efficiency and versatility. With a compact 23" width, it can toast up to 2,200 buns per hour, making it ideal for busy kitchens. The countertop model features variable speed and heat controls, allowing for precise adjustments to suit different bun types and preferences. Equipped with two openings and adjustable bun-compression settings ranging from ½" to 1¾", it ensures consistent toasting results. The temperature range of 350°F to 550°F, combined with a dual-sided platen heater, guarantees even heating for perfectly toasted buns. The wire belt design facilitates easy cleaning, and included release sheets enhance convenience. Constructed with durable stainless steel components, the toaster is built to withstand the rigors of a commercial kitchen.
