With a generous 63" width and three battery configuration, it offers a substantial capacity of 65-70 lbs. per vat, making it ideal for high-volume frying. The fryer features advanced programmable computer controls with melt cycles for precise cooking. Its innovative ThreePass™ heat transfer system ensures optimal heat distribution for consistent results. Equipped with electronic ignition for reliable startup, the fryer also includes a KleenScreen PLUS® filtration system that enhances oil life and reduces maintenance. The twin baskets allow for versatile frying options, while the durable stainless steel cabinet and fry tank ensure longevity and easy cleaning. Adjustable casters, including two swivel locking and two non-locking, provide mobility and stability. With a powerful output of 240,000 BTU, this fryer meets CSA and NSF standards and is ENERGY STAR® certified for energy efficiency.
