With a width of 46-1/2 inches, it features three battery vats, each with a capacity of 45-50 lbs, allowing for large volume frying. The solid state analog knob control includes melt cycles for versatile cooking options. Equipped with a FivePass™ heat transfer system, this fryer ensures optimal heat distribution for consistent cooking results. The electronic ignition provides reliable startup, while the KleenScreen PLUS® filtration system enhances oil life and food quality. The fryer includes twin baskets for efficient frying and is constructed with a durable stainless steel cabinet and fry tank for easy maintenance. Adjustable casters, with two swivel locking and two non-locking, facilitate mobility and stability. With a powerful output of 210,000 BTU, this fryer meets CSA and NSF standards and is ENERGY STAR® certified for energy efficiency.
