The fryer features solid state digital controls with melt cycles for precise temperature management and a FivePass™ heat transfer system that ensures optimal cooking performance. Equipped with electronic ignition for reliable startup, the KleenScreen PLUS® filtration system enhances oil life and food quality. The twin baskets allow for versatile frying options, while the durable stainless steel cabinet and fry tank ensure longevity and easy maintenance. Adjustable casters, including two swivel locking and two non-locking, provide mobility and stability. With a powerful output of 240,000 BTU, this fryer meets CSA and NSF standards and is ENERGY STAR® certified for energy efficiency.
