Each vat has a capacity of 45-50 lbs, making it ideal for high-volume frying. The fryer is equipped with programmable computer controls that include melt cycles for added convenience. Its innovative ThreePass™ heat transfer system ensures optimal cooking performance while minimizing energy consumption. The electronic ignition system enhances reliability, and the KleenScreen PLUS® filtration system maintains oil quality for better-tasting food and extended oil life. Twin baskets allow for simultaneous frying of different items, and the durable stainless steel cabinet and fry tank ensure longevity and easy maintenance. Adjustable casters, including two swivel locking and two non-locking, provide mobility and stability. With a powerful output of 280,000 BTU, this fryer meets CSA and NSF standards and is ENERGY STAR® certified for energy efficiency.
