The innovative ThreePass™ heat transfer system ensures rapid heating and consistent cooking results. This fryer features electronic ignition for reliable startup and a KleenScreen PLUS® filtration system that enhances oil life and food quality. Twin baskets allow for simultaneous frying of different items, while the stainless steel cabinet and fry tank ensure durability and easy maintenance. Adjustable casters, including two swivel locking and two non-locking, provide mobility and stability. With a powerful output of 280,000 BTU, the Vulcan 4TR45DF is CSA and NSF certified and meets ENERGY STAR® standards for energy efficiency.
