Its innovative FivePass™ heat transfer system ensures optimal cooking performance, while the electronic ignition provides reliable startup. The KleenScreen PLUS® filtration system enhances oil life and food quality. Equipped with twin baskets for versatile frying, the fryer is housed in a durable stainless steel cabinet and fry tank. Adjustable casters, including two swivel locking and two non-locking, facilitate easy mobility. With a powerful output of 320,000 BTU, this fryer meets CSA and NSF standards and is ENERGY STAR® certified for energy efficiency.
