The embedded mechanical snap action thermostat, positioned every 12", ensures precise temperature control. Safety is prioritized with a millivolt pilot system and a front manifold gas shut-off valve. The griddle offers both electric spark and manual ignition options for convenience. Its low-profile design includes a durable stainless steel front and sides, along with a front grease trough for easy cleanup. The 4" back and tapered side splashes help contain messes, while the 4" adjustable legs provide stability on any countertop. With a powerful output of 54,000 BTU, the Vulcan 924RX is CSA and NSF certified, making it an ideal choice for commercial kitchens.
