The Vulcan 936RX-30 is a heavy-duty gas countertop griddle designed for high-performance cooking. Featuring a spacious 36" W x 30" D cooking surface, it is equipped with a 1" thick polished steel griddle plate for optimal heat retention and even cooking. The embedded mechanical snap action thermostat is strategically placed every 12" for precise temperature control. Safety is prioritized with a millivolt pilot system and a front manifold gas shut-off valve. The griddle offers both electric spark and manual ignition options for convenience. Its low-profile design, stainless steel front and sides, and front grease trough enhance durability and ease of cleaning. The 4" back and tapered side splashes help contain messes, while the 4" adjustable legs ensure stability on any countertop. With a powerful output of 81,000 BTU, this griddle is CSA and NSF certified, making it an ideal choice for commercial kitchens.
