Description
The Vulcan 936RX is a heavy-duty gas countertop griddle designed for high-performance cooking. Featuring a spacious 36" W x 24" D cooking surface, it is equipped with a 1" thick polished steel griddle plate for excellent heat retention and even cooking. The embedded mechanical snap action thermostat, positioned every 12", ensures precise temperature control. Safety is prioritized with a millivolt pilot system and an electric spark or manual ignition option. The front manifold gas shut-off valve provides added security. Its low-profile design, stainless steel front and sides, and front grease trough enhance durability and ease of cleaning. The 4" back and tapered side splashes help contain messes, while the 4" adjustable legs allow for customizable height. With a powerful output of 81,000 BTU, the Vulcan 936RX is CSA and NSF certified, making it an ideal choice for commercial kitchens.
