Ignition is made easy with both electric spark and manual options. The front manifold gas shut-off valve provides added safety and convenience. Its low-profile design, complemented by a stainless steel front and sides, ensures a sleek appearance, while the front grease trough and 4" back and tapered side splashes help maintain a clean workspace. The griddle is supported by 4" adjustable legs for stability. With a powerful output of 135,000 BTU, the Vulcan 960RX-30 is CSA and NSF certified, making it an ideal choice for commercial kitchens seeking reliability and efficiency.
