The embedded mechanical snap action thermostat, positioned every 12", allows for precise temperature control, while the millivolt pilot safety system enhances operational safety. Choose between electric spark or manual ignition for convenience. The front manifold gas shut-off valve provides easy access for quick shutdowns. Its low-profile design, complemented by stainless steel front and sides, ensures a sleek appearance, while the front grease trough and 4" back and tapered side splashes help maintain a clean workspace. The griddle stands on 4" adjustable legs for stability. With a powerful output of 162,000 BTU, this griddle is CSA and NSF certified, making it an ideal choice for commercial kitchens.
