It features a boilerless design with a capacity to accommodate (7) 18" x 26" full-size sheet pans or (14) 12" x 20" full-size hotel pans. The user-friendly interface includes (3) knobs with LED displays for precise control over temperature, timer, and humidity settings. This model offers auto-adjustment of humidity based on the selected temperature, ensuring optimal cooking conditions. A built-in food probe allows for accurate monitoring of internal food temperatures, while the auto-reversing fan with speed control and electronic braking system promotes even cooking and browning. The cool-to-touch glass door enhances safety, complemented by a flashing door light and audible alert for added convenience. The oven comes equipped with (4) Grab n Go wire racks for easy loading and unloading. Constructed with stainless steel for durability, both the interior and exterior are designed for easy cleaning.
