The Vulcan ABC7E-480 is an advanced electric combi oven and steamer designed for versatility and efficiency in commercial kitchens. It features a boilerless design with a capacity to accommodate (7) 18" x 26" full-size sheet pans or (14) 12" x 20" full-size hotel pans. The user-friendly interface includes (3) knobs with LED displays for precise control over temperature, timer, and humidity settings. The oven automatically adjusts humidity based on the selected temperature, ensuring optimal cooking conditions. An auto-reversing fan with an electronic braking system promotes even heat distribution, while the cool-to-touch glass door enhances safety. Additional features include a flashing door light and audible alert for operational convenience. The unit comes with (4) Grab n Go wire racks for easy access and organization. Constructed from durable stainless steel for both the interior and exterior, the Vulcan ABC7E-480 is engineered and assembled in the USA and is UL EPH Classified and cULus certified for reliability and performance.
